Unused monthly hours do not roll over or accumulate. This keeps each plan predictable for everyone.
Outside expenses stay separate
Hosting, domains, premium plugins, licenses, stock assets, and paid services are not included unless we say so in writing.
Approval always comes first
If a request falls outside your plan, we will share a quote or estimate before starting billable work.
We may decline certain work
Fervent Maker may decline a request or end services when the work conflicts with our values, policies, legal or ethical standards, capabilities, security needs, or other legitimate business considerations, as permitted by law.
